Pre-order:

• Pre-Order (Back-Order) delivery timeline is estimated to be from 30-60 days. We will do our best to notify customers of any changes in delivery date via email notifications.
• Full payment will be collected upon pre-order purchase.
• Customer has a right to request for a withdrawal of full deposit within 7 days of placing order online.

Shipping:

• In-stock items will ship within 1-2 business days
• E-bikes and conversion kits are shipped via ground service. The shipping process typically takes 2-5 business days depending on the final destination address.
• We currently ship to Canada only.
• P.O. box shipping address is not accepted.
• A tracking number will be sent to the email address entered during the checkout process. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check the shipping tracking status.
• We will not be responsible for shipping delays due to logistical reasons beyond our control.
